Consent to Personal Data Processing

This consent is given under Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”. You give it with a separate checkbox — when creating an account, when signing in with Google or Apple, or in the documents window in the app and on the jewelercalc.ru website. By giving consent, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read the Personal Data Processing Policy.

1. To whom you give consent

To the Operator — the right holder of the “Jeweler Calculator” app and the jewelercalc.ru website (the “Service”). Details of the Operator are given in section 7.

2. For what purposes

to create and maintain your account, confirm your email and protect sign-in;
to provide access to Premium on your devices — on no more than three at the same time, verify purchases and keep records of the subscription;
to accept card payments, make the automatic charges you agreed to, and keep a history of those consents;
to send emails about your account and subscription — email confirmation, password changes, reminders of an upcoming charge, notices about a new device;
to send notifications about your account and subscription to your devices;
to store the order diary in your account and sync it between your devices — if you keep it with Premium;
to respond to support requests and resolve disputes;
to comply with the law, including issuing payment documents;
to keep the Service running and investigate failures.

3. What data

email address and password hash;
the identifier of your Google or Apple account — if you sign in with them;
interface language;
information about accepted documents — revision and time;
information about the subscription, payments and app store purchases, and about consents to automatic charges — date, plan, amount, offer revision;
information about the devices where the account’s Premium works — the hash of the app installation number, device name, platform, last use;
the device identifier for notifications issued by the delivery service, and notifications sent to you;
records of your order diary — if you keep it with Premium;
technical information — IP address, device type, operating system and app version, time of requests to the server.

The data is described in detail in section 2 of the Policy. The Service does not collect your name, phone number, postal address, identity documents, location or biometric data.

4. What may be done with it

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation.

The data may be transferred to persons processing it on the Operator’s behalf (hosting provider, email service, backup storage, the push notification delivery services of Google, Apple and RuStore, Firebase Crashlytics crash reporting) and to independent operators to the extent needed for their task (Robokassa and the acquiring bank, Google, Apple, the Yandex advertising network, the Federal Tax Service), as described in section 5 of the Policy, including cross-border transfer in the cases described there.

5. For how long

The consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. After that the data is deleted, except data that the law requires or allows to be kept longer — for the periods stated in section 6 of the Policy.

6. How to withdraw consent

Write to support@jewelercalc.ru from the account email, or delete the account in the app (“Settings” → “Account” → “Delete account”) or in the personal account. The account cannot work without the data, so withdrawing consent also means deleting the account; what is kept by law is described in section 8 of the Policy.

7. Details of the Operator
